Terms of sale and licence

The licence

Buying a plugin gives you a licence key for that plugin. You may use the plugin on as many production sites as your licence tier allows, and on any number of local development domains (localhost, *.test, *.local and private IP addresses).

You may use it in your own projects and in projects you build for clients. You may not resell or redistribute the plugin's source on its own, or publish your licence key.

Payment and updates

The price is a single payment, shown at checkout in USD. There is no subscription. Your licence includes every update to that plugin we release, for as long as we develop it.

Sites

A site is a production domain; www and the bare domain count once. To move a licence to a new domain, free the old one from your account or by emailing us.

Suspension

We may suspend or revoke a licence that is shared publicly, used beyond its tier, or bought with a payment that is later reversed. Plugins already installed keep working; downloads and updates stop.

Warranty

The plugins are provided as they are, without warranty beyond what the law of your country requires. We answer support questions by email at [email protected].
